WebCSD offers fast searching of the Cambridge Structural Database. Search facilities include 2D substructure, molecular similarity, text/numeric and reduced cell searching. Text, chemical diagrams, and 3D structural information can all be studied in the results browser using entry summaries and an embedded three-dimensional viewer. The Java browser plugin is required to use some WebCSD features. The Java plugin is not compatible with recent versions of the Chrome browser; use Internet Explorer instead. Internet security experts recommend that you enable the Java plugin only for sites which require the plugin.
