Electronic Devices Borrower Agreement

The Al Harris Library loans laptops, netbooks, digital cameras, audio recorders, and other electronic devices. Before borrowing these electronic devices you must complete the Electronic Devices Borrower Agreement form. This agreement must be renewed each semester.
